Adrienne Hauser started playing the piano at the age of 5 and was soon admitted in the special class for gifted children at the Ferenc Liszt Academy for Music in Budapest. Her teachers were Ferenc Rados, Gyorgy Kurtag and Zoltan Kocsis; other mentors included Yvonne Lefebure and Gyorgy Sebok. Adrienne Hauser performs as soloist with leading Hungarian orchestras, and she is an active chamber player. As a recitalist Hauser has appeared in most European countries, as well as in India. She is regularly invited to record for the Hungarian National Radio, and with Zoltan Kocsis, records and performs the four-hand and piano duo repertoire. In 1998, Adrienne Hauser founded the International Piano Festival in Hungary, "Piano Feast in the East" of which she is the Artistic Director. The Festival's concerts are broadcast throughout Europe.
